Rezaei added, in a post on the “X” platform, that “if the savage Israeli entity is not restrained, any agreement will harm us immediately after it is signed.”
Rezaei stressed that “we must not make a mistake in our calculations.”
Rezaei’s statement comes after the Israeli aggression, which involved a raid on a 5-story residential building in the Ghobeiri area in Beirut’s southern suburbs.
The Israeli aggression against the southern suburbs of Beirut came at a time when a memorandum of understanding between Washington and Tehran to end the war was expected to be announced, something which the Israeli occupation rejects and says is “not good and harms Israel’s interests.”
It is worth noting that the Islamic Republic of Iran emphasizes the interconnectedness of the fate of the war on Iran and Lebanon, and affirms that either the war will stop in Iran and Lebanon, or it will not stop in either country.
