Hezbollah denies that the occupation forces have seized control of the strategic Ali al-Taher hill.
Hezbollah refuted the Zionist claims promoted by the enemy regarding its control over Ali al-Taher Hill, as a desperate attempt to cover up the losses it suffered during its previous adventures, and a blatant method to conceal its field failures coupled with a large military drain in lives and equipment.
Hezbollah said in a statement this evening: “The Islamic Resistance categorically denies what has been published by official sources affiliated with the Israeli enemy army about its control over Ali al-Taher Hill.”
The statement added: “The Islamic Resistance confirms that Ali al-Taher Hill is free of any presence of Israeli enemy forces and that it is still populated by resistance fighters.”
Hezbollah concluded its statement by affirming that “the resistance fighters are in control of Ali al-Taher Hill and are fully prepared to confront any attempt by enemy forces to advance or infiltrate.”
It is noted that the Zionist enemy carried out several incursions and infiltration attempts towards Ali al-Taher Hill, as an attempt to gain field advantages that it could use as bargaining chips during the surrender negotiations being conducted by the Lebanese authorities. However, the resistance was able to break all of those incursions and inflict heavy losses on the enemy in lives and equipment.
