The Head Of The Hamas Delegation Praised The Position Of The Martyred Supreme Leader Khamenei In Defending The Palestinian Cause.

During a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” praised the principled and courageous stance of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, in defending the sacred Palestinian cause and supporting the legitimate resistance of the Palestinian people against the occupation and crimes of the Zionist entity in occupied Palestine.
Araqchi’s Telegram channel said in a post that this came during the Foreign Minister’s meeting, on Saturday evening, with the head of the leadership council of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Muhammad Darwish, and a number of senior leaders of the movement who came to Tehran to participate in the funeral and farewell ceremonies for “the Mujahid leader and martyr of the Islamic Revolution.”
During the meeting, the Hamas delegation expressed its condolences to the Supreme Leader, the government, and the people of Iran for the martyrdom of prominent figures—including Imam Khamenei, members of his family, high-ranking political and military officials, and Iranian citizens—during the war imposed on Iran by the United States and the Zionist entity. The delegation also expressed, on behalf of itself and the Palestinian people, its solidarity with the Iranian government and people.
He congratulated the brave Iranian people and the strong Iranian armed forces on their great victory in defending the country’s territorial integrity and national sovereignty. He also praised the success of the Iranian negotiators in the diplomatic arena and their valuable achievements, considering these victories as victories for the entire resistance front and for the entire Islamic nation.
The Hamas delegation members presented a report detailing the inhumane conditions imposed on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, and the ongoing crimes committed by the Zionist entity in the West Bank.
They described the silence and inaction of international bodies regarding the genocide of Palestinians as catastrophic, and stressed the urgent need for the international community to take action to stop the crimes of the occupying entity and to prosecute and punish the Zionist entity.
For his part, the Iranian Foreign Minister expressed his appreciation for the presence of representatives of Hamas and other Palestinian resistance factions at the farewell ceremony for the martyred leader, reaffirming the Islamic Republic of Iran’s principled position of continuing to support the Palestinian cause until the Palestinian people’s right to self-determination is achieved and an independent Palestinian state is established with Jerusalem as its capital.
