Gaza Under Fire: Genocide and Ongoing Violations of the Ceasefire
The Zionist enemy continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement since October 2025. This has resulted in the martyrdom of thousands, hundreds of injuries, and widespread destruction of infrastructure and vital facilities.
At the same time, residents are enduring a severe humanitarian crisis affecting water, food, and healthcare, amid international silence that deepens civilian suffering and threatens regional stability.
Genocide
The UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, affirmed that what is occurring in the Gaza Strip constitutes a clear case of genocide. She called on states to hold themselves accountable and to change their policies regarding the ongoing violations.
She noted that her latest report to the United Nations in September 2025 details the scale of these crimes, and that the support provided by some major powers to the Zionist enemy places direct international responsibility on the global community.
Aggression Undermines De-escalation
The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement condemned the recent escalation, stating that the targeting of a residential apartment and the Sheikh Radwan police station represents a blatant violation of the agreement and a continuation of the policy of genocide against the Palestinian people.
The movement held the U.S. administration responsible for the continuation of these crimes and urged mediators and guarantor states to compel the entity to adhere to the terms of the agreement, particularly its second phase.
Ongoing Violations
Ismail Al-Thawabteh, Director of the Government Media Office in Gaza, stated that the enemy committed 1,450 violations over 111 days since the ceasefire began, resulting in the martyrdom of 524 civilians, including 260 children and women.
He added that the persistence of these violations places the agreement in a fragile state and holds the entity fully responsible for the loss of lives and destruction of property, while international silence provides the occupation with justification to continue its aggression.
Alleged Justifications for Massacres
Hazem Qassem, spokesperson for Hamas, affirmed that the enemy’s claims regarding ceasefire violations are unfounded and are aimed at justifying massacres against civilians. He called on the international community and the United Nations to take urgent measures to halt the violations and hold the entity’s leaders accountable.
New Massacres
Enemy aircraft targeted the Sheikh Radwan police station in northwestern Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of 16 people, including four female police officers, with several others reported missing under the rubble.
A tent sheltering displaced persons in Khan Younis was also bombed, leading to the martyrdom of seven members of a single family, including five children and a woman. The total number of martyrs in the latest airstrikes reached 12, including six children.
Dehydration as a Weapon
Gaza is facing a silent war on water, as the enemy has targeted wells and distribution networks and prevented the entry of fuel and maintenance supplies. This has reduced the average daily water share per person to 3–5 liters, compared to the humanitarian minimum recommendation of 15 liters.
Husni Mahna, spokesperson for Gaza Municipality, confirmed that 70% of water wells are out of service, warning that the continuation of this policy constitutes a silent war crime threatening the lives of thousands of civilians, especially children and the elderly.
