“Gaza Health Ministry”: Israeli Enemy fabricates premeditated narratives to present itself as victim to world

The Director-General of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Dr. Munir Al-Bursh, accused Israeli enemy forces on Wednesday of fabricating premeditated narratives to present themselves to the world as victims, and of predetermining the form and severity of the military response before executing it on the bodies of defenseless civilians in the Strip.

In a post on his Facebook page, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Al-Barsh stated that the response in Gaza “is not based on narratives, but on tents,” pointing out that the Israeli enemy targets mothers and children before they learn to cry, where a baby girl not exceeding five months old was martyred—”she posed no threat and carried nothing but her tiny breaths.”

He added that the victims included a pharmacist and a paramedic who were trying to save lives, women among them the wife of the head of the Chest Department at Al-Shifa Hospital, and elderly people unable to flee.

The Director-General of the Gaza Health Ministry noted that the Zionist enemy closed the Rafah crossing to patients after these events, leaving waiting lists to grow, as opportunities are buried with those who need them.

He highlighted the paradox represented by the Israeli enemy’s claim of not receiving patient names from the World Health Organization, despite its precise knowledge of the names of its targets.

Al-Barsh concluded that the equation in Gaza has become one where “killing is immediate, while treatment… requires permission, justification, and an appointment that may never come.”
