Yemen, Palestine: Steadfast faith-based stance that will not change
The Zionist enemy continues its crimes in the Gaza Strip and its violations of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10, 2025.
Exploiting American cover, it not only commits further massacres against civilians but also storms the courtyards of al-Aqsa Mosque, expands settlements, seizes land from Syria, and continues targeting the Lebanese people.
Despite the concessions made by the Palestinian resistance to spare Palestinian blood, the Israeli occupation, with American and European support, arrogantly proceeds with its aggressive plans, imposing a suffocating siege on the residents of the Gaza Strip, occupying approximately 52 percent of its area, and confining more than two million people to about 48 percent of its land.
Amidst the ongoing crimes, the suffering of the Gaza Strip’s residents has worsened more than 100 days after the ceasefire, due to the continued obstruction of humanitarian aid by the Zionist entity.
This occurs against a backdrop of harsh weather conditions, as the people of Gaza struggle for survival amidst a severe shortage of humanitarian assistance.
With the complicity of most Arab and Islamic regimes, the inaction of international organizations, including the United Nations and the Security Council, and the complicity of mediators, the true nature of the Zionist entity’s ambitions to isolate the Gaza Strip and displace its inhabitants is becoming clear.
This is achieved by tightening the siege and persisting in preventing the entry of food and medicine trucks, as stipulated in the ceasefire agreement, which Israel has completely disregarded, as is its custom of violating agreements, treaties, and pledges.
The Zionist enemy entity has not only targeted civilians in their homes, but its crimes have also extended to the camps of displaced people who sought refuge there from the killing machine.
This has occurred amidst the shameful silence of the international community and the blatant abdication of responsibility by human rights, women’s, and children’s rights organizations, which have been conspicuously absent from Gaza. Meanwhile, the enemy continues to kill women and children in cold blood, with only the drone of warplanes and the roar of missiles heard.
In this context, Yemen’s position remains steadfast in its support of Gaza and the Palestinian cause. This stance was reaffirmed last Friday when millions of Yemenis took to the streets in the capital, Sana’a, and across various governorates and districts, in solidarity with the Palestinian people and to reiterate their unwavering readiness for any future confrontation with the Zionist-American enemy.
The massive public demonstrations witnessed in the governorates, expressing anger and solidarity with Gaza, reaffirmed Yemen’s unwavering position, which will not change regardless of the challenges.
This follows warnings issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and repeated pronouncements by the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in numerous speeches and addresses.
The leader stated: “Yemen’s support for Gaza has never wavered or diminished; it remains steadfast, characterized by the utmost responsibility, wisdom, and sound judgment, guided by faith, morality, humanity, and religious principles. Our stance is one of jihad in the path of God—a strong, effective, and impactful position against the enemy, the effects of which are evident.”
Yemen’s position on the Palestinian cause will remain unwavering and unchanged. The Yemeni people will continue to support and stand by the Palestinian people until they achieve all their legitimate rights, foremost among them the establishment of their independent state on all of their national territory, with al-Quds as its capital, regardless of the sacrifices required.
