Moment an Iranian missile strikes occupied Jerusalem, causing significant damage
The Iranian armed forces intensified their missile strikes today, targeting the occupied city of Jaffa, which the enemy calls Tel Aviv, in conjunction with attacks on Haifa and occupied Jerusalem.
Hebrew media outlets reported that the Israeli enemy army’s interceptor missiles failed to intercept the Iranian missiles, confirming that a missile struck occupied Jerusalem, causing numerous casualties and widespread damage.
These outlets indicated that ambulances rushed to the targeted area, and that the death toll could rise due to the extensive damage.
Regarding the attacks, the occupied city of Haifa was subjected to a series of Iranian missile strikes, amidst Israeli secrecy regarding the targeted locations and the extent of the damage.
The Iranian missile attack on the settlement of Beit Shemesh, west of occupied Jerusalem, is considered the most violent so far, with at least seven Israelis killed and more than 50 others injured. Dozens more remain trapped in the targeted area.
Israeli Army Radio quoted the mayor of Beit Shemesh as saying that an Iranian missile directly hit a public shelter, causing numerous injuries. The Israeli news site Walla reported that the Beit Shemesh police chief stated that four buildings in the city collapsed, adding that the missile’s warhead carried 479 kilograms of explosives.
The Iranian response to the Israeli entity began on Saturday after the US and Israeli attack on Tehran and the assassination of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has vowed to continue its attacks on Israel in retaliation for the aggression against Iran.
