Lebanese Resistance Repels Aggression: Precise Strikes Inflict Pain and Deter the Zionist Entity

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon continued its precise and effective strikes against Israeli enemy positions and soldiers in the occupied territories and southern Lebanon on Thursday, as part of its ongoing confrontation with the aggression. The diverse operations targeted military gatherings, settlements, logistical bases, and Merkava tanks, affirming the Resistance’s ability to respond decisively and protect Lebanese territory and the Lebanese people.

Missiles and Drones Against the Enemy

In a series of separate statements, the Resistance announced that it had targeted gatherings of enemy soldiers and three Zionist settlements, in addition to a logistical base, barracks, helicopters, and enemy tanks.

At 2:00 PM, Resistance fighters targeted the settlement of Netu’a with precision missiles.

At 3:15 PM, a gathering of vehicles and soldiers in the vicinity of the pond in the town of Dibil was targeted with a missile barrage.

The settlement of Nahariya was subjected to three consecutive barrages between 4:05 PM and 4:25 PM.

The resistance confirmed that these operations are in defense of Lebanon and its people, as part of a battle they have dubbed “Operation Protective Edge.”

Enemy Losses Mount
The Israeli enemy army admitted the death of a soldier from the elite Golani Brigade and the wounding of 15 others during clashes in southern Lebanon today. The Lebanese resistance reported destroying 18 Merkava tanks since dawn on Thursday, bringing the total number of tanks destroyed since the beginning of the aggression to 73. They also reported destroying D9 bulldozers and Humvees, and thwarting several Israeli troop maneuvers.

Today’s Martyrs
In response, the Zionist enemy launched airstrikes today on areas in southern Lebanon, resulting in the martyrdom of 5 citizens and the wounding of 27 others, according to initial reports. These strikes included attacks on the town of Kfar Rumman in the Nabatieh district, where residential and commercial buildings were completely destroyed. Civil defense teams and humanitarian organizations worked to recover the bodies and transport the wounded, amidst widespread public anger and condemnation.

Comprehensive Resistance: From Ground to Air

The resistance operations were not limited to missiles alone, but also included:

Targeting Iron Dome batteries at the Poriya base.

Striking barracks, command posts, and soldiers in several areas, from Rosh Hanikra to north of Safed, using missiles and attack drones.

Confirmed hits on enemy tanks and helicopters in multiple locations.

The resistance affirmed that all these operations aim to deter the enemy and protect the land and people of Lebanon.

Lebanese Steadfastness: A Clear Message

These operations come at a time when Lebanon is subjected to continuous raids by the Israeli enemy, which has intensified its aggression against cities, towns, and villages, leading to the displacement of more than 1.5 million Lebanese, and the deaths of hundreds of martyrs and injuries to thousands. The Lebanese resistance affirmed its steadfastness, stating that any aggression against Lebanon will be met with a strong response, emphasizing the ability of the Lebanese people and the resistance fighters to defend their land by all available means.
