698 Official Documents Issued to Citizens in Sa’dah During Ramadan

The Sa’dah branch of the Civil Status and Civil Registry Authority released its operational report for the holy month of Ramadan 1447 AH, demonstrating a strong response to citizens’ requests by issuing 698 official documents, including personal identification cards and vital records.

According to the statistics issued by the Authority, the documents issued during the holy month were distributed as follows:

Personal Identity Cards: 152 new electronic ID cards were issued, in addition to 492 replacement cards (for lost or expired cards), representing the largest share of the total activity.

Family Cards: 15 family cards were issued.

Vital Records: 33 birth certificates and 6 death certificates were processed.

This intensive activity is part of the Ministry of Interior’s plan to improve administrative performance in remote areas. The Sa’dah branch aims to simplify procedures and remove obstacles for residents to easily obtain their official documents, thus ensuring the accuracy of the national civil registry.

The department affirmed that continuing to provide services at this pace reflects a commitment to improving the quality of institutional performance and raising the efficiency of dealing with citizens’ daily transactions.
