The world’s silence and Gaza’s tears… Have consciences died at the threshold of broken agreements?

Once again, the criminal Zionist war machine has returned to tear at the bodies of innocent people in the Gaza Strip, in full view of a hypocritical world. It has resumed its genocidal massacres, which have never ceased. While the world’s attention was focused on fragile hopes for a ceasefire, the Holy Quran clearly demonstrates the Jews’ disregard for all agreements and covenants. In a scene that repeats itself with horrific bloodshed, Zionist enemy aircraft and artillery, armed with American and British weapons, are striking residential neighborhoods and densely populated camps, turning the lives of civilians into an unbearable hell. This adds to their dark criminal record and confirms a suspicious international complicity that gives the green light for the continuation of this killing machine, not only in Gaza but also extending to Lebanon, in a regional escalation that threatens to ignite the entire region.

Blood on the Sands of Agreements

The chapters of Zionist aggression against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples continue, in flagrant violation of all international laws and agreements that were supposed to guarantee security and stability. In Gaza, where the wounds of previous massacres have yet to heal, the bombing resumes, claiming more lives and leaving behind widespread destruction and indescribable human suffering. This renewed aggression comes in a context that clearly demonstrates the Zionist enemy’s breach of its commitments and its complete disregard for any efforts at de-escalation or ceasefire agreements, emboldened by an unjustified international immunity.

The aggression was not limited to Gaza, but extended to Lebanon, where the death toll from the latest Zionist escalation has risen tragically. Since March 2nd, the toll of the aggression against Lebanon has reached 1,530 martyrs and 4,812 wounded.

Numbers Reveal the Humanitarian Catastrophe

The numbers reveal the scale of the humanitarian catastrophe, with 33 martyrs and 173 wounded in the past 24 hours alone. Among the total number of martyrs, the tragic figures stand out: 130 children and 102 women. The number of wounded includes 461 children and 544 women. The health sector has not been spared from this aggression, with 57 of its personnel martyred and 158 others wounded. These figures are not mere statistics; they are harrowing human stories that reveal a systematic targeting of civilians and infrastructure, coinciding with the aggression launched by the Zionist entity in cooperation with the United States against Iran. This points to a comprehensive escalation strategy in the region.

Guarantees for the Incapable

The continuation of these massacres, whether in Gaza or Lebanon, raises serious questions about the role of the guarantor states of the agreements, which appear to be standing idly by in the face of these blatant violations. This complicity, whether through silence or direct support, provides the Zionist enemy with cover to continue its aggression and undermines any chance of achieving a just and lasting peace in the region. International agreements become mere ink on paper when their respect is not enforced, and guarantees become empty promises when they are not translated into deterrent actions.

What Next? In light of this bloodshed and the broken agreements, and amidst suspicious international silence and blatant complicity, the most pressing question remains: How long will the world continue to turn a blind eye to these massacres, especially the Arab and Islamic states? Will the guarantor states continue to maintain their complete silence, or is there a glimmer of hope that consciences will awaken and international will will move to stop this war machine, before the entire region turns to ashes, and the agreements become nothing more than a painful memory of lost peace opportunities?
