The Leader of the Revolution: The Slogan Broke the Silence and Directed the Compass of Enmity Towards the True Enemies
In his speech commemorating the anniversary of the slogan against the arrogant powers, the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed that the nation possesses the elements of revival and victory whenever it acts within the framework of the principles, values, and teachings of Islam. He emphasized that the slogan represents a project of awareness and a practical stance in confronting the “American-Israeli” hegemony and its schemes targeting the nation’s religion, identity, and independence.
Breaking the Silence and Confronting Censorship
The Leader explained that one of the most prominent fruits of the slogan was breaking the silence that the enemies sought to impose on the nation and thwarting attempts to silence voices and criminalize any stance opposing them. He affirmed that the enemies worked from the beginning to prepare the arena to be subservient to them without any opposition or rejection.
He clarified that the slogan came to confront this situation, restore to the nation its right to express its position, and contribute to reviving the spirit of responsibility and action in the face of the dangers surrounding it. Exposing the Reality of Repression and Complicity
The Leader pointed out that some regimes, particularly in the Gulf states, have reached dangerous levels of repression, to the point of punishing those who express solidarity with the Palestinian people or criticize the crimes of the Israeli enemy, while simultaneously permitting the promotion of the enemy and the justification of its crimes.
He emphasized that this reality reflects the extent of the deviation in positions and highlights the importance of the outcry as a tool to break this censorship and liberate the voice of the nation from the imposed restrictions.
Correcting the Compass of Enmity
The Leader stressed that one of the most serious problems facing the nation is the deviation in the matter of loyalty and enmity, resulting from Zionist infiltration and its influence on some regimes and movements, which has led to directing enmity away from the true enemies.
He explained that the outcry effectively contributes to readjusting this compass, according to the Quranic methodology, ensuring that enmity is directed towards the true enemies of the nation, foremost among them the Zionist Jews.
Mobilizing the Nation and Building a State of Confrontation
The Leader of the Revolution affirmed that the slogan represents a comprehensive mobilization of the nation, propelling it to practical action in confronting the American-Zionist onslaught and enhancing awareness and vigilance regarding the enemies’ schemes.
He pointed out that mobilizing in anger and hostility towards the enemies is a crucial factor in uniting Muslims and driving them towards cooperation and integration in various military, economic, and cultural fields.
Exposing False Slogans and Strengthening the Boycott
The Leader also noted that the slogan has contributed to exposing the false slogans brandished by the enemies, such as human rights and democracy, in light of the crimes they commit against peoples, most notably their crimes in Palestine.
He emphasized that the slogan was coupled with the call to boycott American and Israeli goods, considering it an important economic weapon in confronting the enemies and a step towards achieving self-sufficiency and building an independent economy.
The leader of the revolution explained that one of the most important things achieved with the slogan was reconnecting the nation to the Holy Quran, at the level of education and practical application, which is what the nation needs to regain its senses and correct its course after the state of loss it is experiencing.
