In a message to Saudi Arabia, the leader said: The time has come to end the aggression and the blockade and restore Yemen’s wealth.

The leader, Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed that confronting the repercussions of the aggression and the blockade requires concerted official and popular efforts and joint action to end the American-Saudi occupation and aggression against Yemen, in order to achieve full independence for the Yemeni people and restore their rights and national wealth.

In his statement on the occasion of the new Hijri year 1448 AH, the leader explained that the Yemeni people are still facing great challenges as a result of the comprehensive hostile targeting by the enemies, pointing to the continued occupation of parts of Yemeni lands, the control of national oil and gas wealth, in addition to the blockade and economic war targeting the lives and livelihoods of Yemenis.

He pointed out that the aggression coalition, under American supervision and Saudi implementation, continues to violate Yemen’s sovereignty and independence, in addition to supporting conspiracies and schemes aimed at weakening the country and depleting its resources.

The leader called for strengthening cooperation and solidarity to confront these challenges, and striving to end the aggression, occupation and blockade, so that the Yemeni people can benefit from their national wealth and live in freedom, dignity and pride, far from dependency and foreign interference.

He stressed that achieving national renaissance is linked to restoring full independence and building a reality based on faith-based identity, which will ensure progress and advancement for Yemen and its people and the investment of its capabilities to serve its national interests.
