Iranian Vice President: Tehran opens Its doors to receive masses coming to Capital
Iranian First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref affirmed Sunday that Tehran, with all its resources and open arms, is preparing to receive the overwhelming influx of Iranians arriving in the capital from all parts of the country.
Aref stated in a post on X platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that this unified presence, of young and old, is not merely a farewell, but rather a response to the continuation of the path of the martyred Imam and an embodiment of national unity and cohesion.
He added that the world will witness tomorrow an epic of “revolutionary rationality.”
Earlier today, Aref confirmed that the public turnout at the funeral ceremonies for the martyred Ayatollah Ali Khamenei over the past three days exceeded all expectations, prompting authorities to extend the official holiday throughout the country.
