President Al-Mashat: After exhausting peace efforts, we have the right to take whatever measures are necessary to end the Saudi blockade.

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, affirmed that the behavior of the Saudi regime during the past period and its insistence on besieging our people has proven that it has no intention of ever establishing peace.

President Al-Mashat said in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) today, “We have the full right to take whatever measures we deem necessary to end the siege on our great people, after exhausting all peace efforts over the past years.”

He also stressed that no one in this world has the right to legitimize the unjust siege imposed by the Al Saud regime on our Yemeni people.

He pointed out that any statements issued to legitimize the blockade and condemn Yemen’s position are formulated in a single format and from a single room, and are paid for.

His Excellency the President added, “Those who adopt these condemnations should ask the Al Saud regime to impose the measures that are imposed on Yemen on their own country.”
