Al-Farah: The Saudi regime’s intransigence will not change its fate, and aggression and siege are leading it to the end of the oppressors.
Ansar Allah Political Bureau member Mohammed Al-Farah affirmed that the Saudi regime’s continued policy of intransigence and insistence on continuing the aggression and blockade imposed on Yemen for more than eleven years will not change the divine laws concerning oppressors, stressing that persisting in injustice and arrogance leads only to loss, and that Riyadh still has an opportunity to review its policies before it pays the price for its choices.
Al-Farah’s statements came in conjunction with the Yemeni Armed Forces’ announcement of a ban on Saudi maritime navigation as part of the “blockade for blockade” equation, and their announcement of a military operation targeting two Saudi ships that violated the Yemeni ban, in a development that reflects the confrontation entering a new phase in response to the continued blockade imposed on the Yemeni people.
Al-Farah explained, in a tweet he posted on his official account on the “X” platform, that history and divine laws prove that when an oppressor is given the opportunity to back down and then insists on being stubborn, he is approaching his end, citing the story of Pharaoh who saw God’s signs and miracles, yet he insisted on pursuing Moses, peace be upon him, until he ended up drowning and perishing.
He said that the scene that the Saudi regime is experiencing today has similar features, considering that the insistence on continuing the aggression and siege, despite all the changes that the region has witnessed, will only lead to the fate that tyrants have met throughout history, adding that regret will not help when the moment of reckoning comes, citing the Almighty’s words: {Now, when you had disobeyed before and were among the corrupters}.
The member of Ansar Allah’s political bureau pointed out that “signs of the end” have begun to appear on the horizon for the Saudi regime, as a result of the policies it has pursued against Yemen and the peoples of the region, stressing that the attempt to impose hegemony by force and to perpetuate the siege and starvation will not achieve the goals that Riyadh has sought throughout the years of aggression.
Al-Farah stressed that the Saudi regime had, and still has, an opportunity to end the crisis by taking a courageous decision to stop the aggression, lift the blockade, withdraw its forces, respect Yemen’s sovereignty, and let the Yemeni people manage their affairs away from guardianship and foreign interference, in addition to restoring rights to their owners and compensating those affected by the destruction and human and economic losses caused by the aggression.
He added that the Kingdom possesses the economic potential, natural resources, and geographical areas that qualify it to achieve a major developmental renaissance and compete with global economies, without the need to involve itself in external wars and conflicts or interfere in the affairs of other countries.
He pointed out that Riyadh did not need to get involved in the war on Yemen, or link its future to failed projects and policies, or support parties that had lost their legitimacy and were rejected by the Yemeni people, stressing that this brought upon it political, security and economic burdens that could have been avoided if it had chosen the path of peace and respect for the sovereignty of states.
Al-Farah stressed that the continuation of the aggression and the siege will not change the will of the Yemeni people, nor will it achieve for the Saudi regime what it has failed to achieve throughout the past years, stressing that the consequence of injustice is known, and that God’s laws in supporting the oppressed and holding the oppressors accountable do not change, citing the story of Qarun and God Almighty’s words: {So We caused the earth to swallow him and his dwelling. And there was for him no group to aid him other than God, nor was he of those who could defend themselves.}
The member of the Ansar Allah Political Bureau concluded his remarks by affirming that the Yemeni people are continuing to defend their rights and sovereignty until the aggression is ended and the blockade is completely lifted, expressing his confidence that the next stage will prove once again that the will of the people is stronger than the policies of aggression, and that the fate of all who insist on injustice is failure and loss, no matter how much power or influence they possess.
