Beirut Holds Event Marking the Second Anniversary of Yemeni Resistance

The Lebanese Literary Forum and the Yemeni Forum against the war waged by the Saudi-led coalition organized an evening of poetry under the theme “Both are Victory” in the southern suburbs of Beirut on the second anniversary of the Yemeni resistance confronting the Saudi war on Yemen.

The Lebanese Yemeni Forum was attended by a number of Lebanese and Yemeni poets who emphasized that poetry and literature contribute to exposing the crimes committed by the Saudi-led coalition, supported by the United States, against the Yemeni people.

The evening’s participants stressed that the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in the face of coalition is a barrier that prevented its forces from achieving their goals in making the Yemeni people kneel.
