The Israeli Forces Injure 3 Palestinians in Ramallah and Arrests 9 from the West Bank and Jerusalem

Three Palestinian youths were wounded by Israeli forces during clashes in the village of Mughair northeast of Ramallah in the West Bank on Sunday, whereas the Israeli forces arrested 9 Palestinians from the West Bank and Jerusalem.

The head of the village council, Hussein Abu Alia, said that “a large force of the Israeli army stormed the village through passing the bypass road surrounding the village, so violent confrontations broke out between the youths and the soldiers  through which they fired tear gas at the houses of civilians and live bullets and rubber-coated metal at the young men. ”

Sources in the Ministry of Health said that the injuries that came to the Palestinian medical compound from the village of Mughayr were shot live in the right knee and wounded live bullets in the left leg, but their conditions  were stable.

In a separate context, the Israeli forces this morning arrested 9 Palestinians during raids and searches from different parts of the West Bank and Jerusalem.

Local sources said that the Israeli forces stormed the town of Beitin, east of Ramallah, and arrested two citizens after raiding and searching their homes.

The sources also said that the forces arrested two young men from al-Aroub refugee camp in Hebron after their parents’ house had been raided.

The Israeli forces arrested a young man from Jenin at a sudden military checkpoint near Tulkarem. Another young man was arrested from the town of Housan in Bethlehem.

In Jerusalem, the Israeli forces arrested 3 citizens from different parts of the city.
