The National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs announced releasing a number of  prisoners of the Yemeni joint forces who had been with one of the paid fighters of the Saudi-led coalition for about two years in a process described as successful in the province of Dalea, after the paid fighters refused to release them through mediation.

The head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs ,Abdul Qader al-Murtada ,said that “with the help of Allah and as a result of a new successful  process ,  five prisoners of the Yemeni joint forces were released , who were with the paid fighter (Khaled Massad) in AL-Dala’a province.

He pointed out that “the operation came after two years of suffering and after dozens of attempts through a number of mediations to release them, but he rejected them all.”

He pointed out that despite the intransigence of the paid fighters and non-response to the mediation, it was with “Alah willing and men’s determination to release five prisoners and return them to their families safe today, 6 / Dhu al-Hijjah 1438 corresponding to 28/8/2017.”

He added that releasing the prisoners was during a military operation and intelligence , pointing out that the details of the operation will be announced later.

The operation is an important breakthrough for the intransigence imposed by the Saudi-led coalition and its paid fighters towards the southerners towards the exchange of prisoners, which has caused widespread anger among the paid fighters ,in addition to their leaders.

It should be noted that special military units carried out in June a similar military operation during which 10 prisoners of the Yemeni joint forces were released , who were with one of the paid fighters in  Abyan province two years ago, and after the paid fighters refused to release them through mediation.

The following are the names of the prisoners who were released

1. Radwan Hammadkab Alhassb .. Dhamar

2. Jamil Hassan Hussein Qnaf .. Amran

3. Ali Hamoud Mahmood Al-Hamzi .. Sanaa

4.Mahmadali Abdullah Abutaleb…Saddah

5. And the joy of the Psalm…Saddah
