Syrian Army secures new town in Idlib

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is achieving advancement inside the Idlib Governorate, today,securing several sites that were under the control of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham.
Led by the Qalamoun Shield forces of the 3rd Division, the Syrian Arab Army progressed from the recently captured town of Balil towards nearby Umm Khazem.
The Syrian Army would impose full control over Umm Khazem shortly after waging the attack, forcing Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham to withdraw to nearby Umm Turaykiyah.
According to a military source in Hama, the Syrian Army has now shifted their focus to Umm Turaykiyah after reaching the outskirts of this town.
