Telecommunications Corporation Condemns Targeting Amran’s Branch




The General Corporation for Telecommunications condemned the targeting of the building of its branch in Amran province by two of US-Saudi coalition airstrikes.

A ministry official said that the two airstrikes caused a total destruction of the technical and storage buildings and completely destroyed the building and offices of the Corporation’s branch in the province, disrupting the main Central from service.

The official blamed the coalition countries the responsibility of targeting of facilities and sites of telecommunications and telephone networks as civil service facilities, stressing on that the attack is a war crime, and contrary to the conventions and international treaties related to the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
