China Warns: Justice Cannot Be Achieved Through Silence on the Crimes of the Zionist Entity — Calls for Implementation of the International Court of Justice’s Ruling on Palestine

China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Thursday called on the international community to respect and act upon the advisory opinion issued by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding Palestine, describing it as a legal and humanitarian reference point to halt the crimes committed by the Zionist entity and to alleviate the humanitarian catastrophe in the Palestinian territories.

In an official statement, the Chinese Foreign Ministry emphasized that the world must exert genuine and serious efforts to reach a just, comprehensive, and lasting settlement to the Palestinian issue. The statement underlined that the ICJ’s advisory opinion clarifies Israel’s obligations toward the United Nations and its agencies to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to the besieged Palestinian people.

China reaffirmed its firm and consistent stance in support of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, stressing that it will not back down from defending justice or rejecting all illegal practices that violate Palestinians’ rights or breach international law.

Beijing further stressed that adherence to international legitimacy and its resolutions remains the only path to ending the occupation and halting the ongoing aggression against the Palestinian people. The statement warned that international silence in the face of Israeli crimes constitutes blatant complicity and a clear bias against justice and humanity.
