World Food Programme: Heavy Rains and Cold Exacerbate Suffering for Families in Gaza

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) said on Sunday that heavy rains and low temperatures have worsened the already dire humanitarian conditions faced by families in the Gaza Strip.

In a post on its X platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the WFP indicated that floods swept away and spoiled quantities of food that families had stored to cope with food shortages.
