Hamas: We salute the esteemed leader and Yemen’s genuine stances in supporting and aiding the Palestinian people

In a sincere expression reflecting the high appreciation that the Yemeni people’s positions and their blessed revolution enjoy among the Palestinian resistance forces, the Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” praised Yemen’s ongoing, effective support for the Palestinian people, and commended the strong and honorable stances of the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, which have affirmed, since the very first day of the Zionist aggression, Yemen’s solidarity with Gaza, both in word and in deed.

Mahmoud Taha, Hamas’s Media Relations Officer in Lebanon, said in a statement today, Saturday, “Hamas highly values Yemen’s continued support and backing for the Palestinian people in Gaza, and we salute the leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, for his clear and sincere positions in supporting the resistance and rejecting the Zionist aggression.”

Yemen’s stances affirm the unity of the axis of resistance
Taha emphasized that the position of Sanaa—repeatedly expressed by the revolutionary leadership—embodies the authentic spirit of the axis of resistance and reflects the true Arab and Islamic alignment with the Palestinian people and their historical plight. He noted that both the popular and official Yemeni movements constitute a vital element of support in confronting the U.S.–Zionist project in the region.

Hamas: We deal seriously with mediators despite the enemy’s intransigence
In a parallel context, Taha explained that Hamas approaches mediators’ efforts with full seriousness and positivity, aiming to halt the Zionist aggression, lift the siege on Gaza, and deliver humanitarian aid. He expressed hope that during the coming hours or days a genuine agreement would be reached to end the aggression and put a stop to Zionist lawlessness.

The enemy delays… and the American administration is complicit in the crime
Despite ongoing political moves, the Hamas media relations official stressed that the proposal on the table in the current negotiations differs little from previous ones, accusing the enemy entity of repeatedly reneging on agreements and violating understandings. He called on the U.S. administration to pressure the “criminal Netanyahu and his government” to cease the aggression.

Taha added that the U.S. administration is a full partner in the aggression against Gaza, standing behind the Zionist war machine. He clarified that the so-called “Zio-American aid centers” are nothing but a deceptive façade for facilitating crimes of genocide against Palestinian civilians—and that the Palestinian people reject these centers outright, viewing them as part of the killing machine.

A call to the international community… and a resistance that knows no defeat
In concluding his statement, Mahmoud Taha affirmed that the Zionist enemy neither respects covenants nor honors pledges, calling on the international community to exert real pressure to halt the ongoing crimes of occupation and to force the entity to commit to an agreement that ends the aggression on Gaza and lifts the unjust siege.

He reiterated that the Palestinian resistance will continue its steadfastness and resolve on the ground, and that the blood of the martyrs and the suffering of civilians will not have been in vain—at a time when the falsehood of Zionist narratives and Western double standards is being exposed before the eyes of the world.
