Resistance Security: Israeli Enemy manages security operations through militias east of Gaza Strip
A source in Palestinian resistance security warned on Tuesday of a noticeable shift in the nature of confrontation with the Israeli enemy since reaching the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip on October 9, 2025, indicating that the confrontation has moved from direct military engagement to a more complex security pattern.
The source explained in a statement to the “Quds Press” agency that the Israeli enemy relies on a new security method based on recruiting local collaborators to carry out rapid security operations without direct field intervention from its forces, in an attempt to reduce human losses.
He pointed out that resistance mujahideen, through precise monitoring and camouflage methods, succeeded in trapping a number of these elements in well-planned ambushes, where they were arrested and subjected to interrogation. Their statements revealed receiving instructions and field plans prepared and supervised by the so-called Israeli General Security Service (Shin Bet).
The source clarified that the tasks of these elements included carrying out shootings, attempted arrests of resistance elements, and infiltration into their specific sites, aiming to gather information about ongoing preparations for reorganizing the resistance ranks.
He noted that these elements belong to armed militias stationed east of the Gaza Strip, having direct relations with the enemy army. They fortify themselves in locations under its protection, while the army facilitates their movements towards western areas of the Strip, either under the cover of working with relief organizations or through aid trucks.
He mentioned that the resistance, in light of these data, has developed a security work plan to monitor any suspicious movements from within the so-called “Yellow Line,” and to track the paths of these militias until neutralizing them through arrest or elimination.
The source also revealed that the Israeli enemy army relies on drones to identify specific targets before passing coordinates and intelligence information to those militias to carry out field assassinations or arrests.
