The 57th wave of Operation “True Promise 4” targets sites deep within the occupied territories.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Iran announced the execution of the 57th wave of Operation “True Promise 4,” targeting sites deep within the occupied territories, including command and control communications infrastructure and missile defense systems.
The Tasnim News Agency, citing the IRGC’s public relations office, reported that the operation also targeted Al Udeid Air Base, “the headquarters of American terrorists,” with Zulfiqar and Qiam medium-range precision-guided missiles using solid and liquid fuel, in addition to smart and suicide drones.
The statement added that the attacks on the occupied territories were carried out using precision missiles of the Kheibar Shekan, Emad, and Qadr types.
The statement also mentioned that the 57th wave was dedicated to the three-day-old infant, Mojtaba, who was martyred along with members of his family in an attack targeting a rural home on the outskirts of Arak, in central Iran.
In a related development, the Fars News Agency reported the martyrdom of three Civilians and an infant were killed in an attack targeting a residential unit in the village of Amarabad, near the city of Arak in central Iran.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) stated that “the American occupation army and the Zionist entity” launched an attack at dawn today on a rural home on the outskirts of Arak, resulting in the martyrdom of a three-day-old infant (Mojtaba) who was in his mother’s arms, along with his two-year-old sister and grandmother.
The IRGC continued, “The three-day-old martyr Mojtaba has earned the title of the youngest soldier and martyr of the Ramadan War, a victim of the aggression of the American and Zionist predators.”
The IRGC added in its statement that “the martyrdom of infant Mojtaba is further proof of the brutality of the United States and Israel in targeting civilians and killing children, following attacks on schools and hospitals.”
The Guard pointed to the “silence and inaction of international human rights organizations, regional and global leaders, and those concerned with human rights regarding the crimes of America and the Zionist entity,” noting that this has emboldened “these two evil regimes to continue committing genocide.”
The Guard affirmed that the blood of the infant “will only strengthen our resolve in our war against the American and Zionist lackeys and henchmen.”
The statement concluded: “Let those who ordered, carried out, and were complicit in these crimes await retribution for the blood of the oppressed Mojtaba.”
Earlier, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of the 56th wave of Operation “True Promise 4,” targeting the Southern Region Support Command and the strategic Rafael missile reserve depot in northern occupied territories, as well as the Al Udeid Air Base, which houses US forces.
The Fars News Agency, citing the IRGC, reported that the IRGC Navy had conducted a joint operation hours earlier, using missiles and drones, targeting two air bases in the region.
The report stated that the attack targeted fighter jet hangars at the Sheikh Issa and Al Dhafra air bases using high-explosive cruise missiles, resulting in the destruction of several hangars.
