June 10th marks a new chapter in the dark history of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression against Yemen. The events of this day, spanning years of war, document a long series of crimes and violations targeting civilians, infrastructure, and service facilities across various governorates.

Amidst airstrikes, missile and artillery shelling, and the targeting of roads, markets, homes, and farms, the facts reveal the magnitude of the tragedy endured by Yemenis. They confirm that civilians were the direct target of the war machine, which left thousands of victims and widespread destruction of public and private property.

2015: Targeting Markets, Roads, and Service Facilities

On June 10, 2015, the aggression’s warplanes committed a series of crimes targeting civilians and infrastructure in several governorates.

In Amran Governorate, one civilian was killed and four others, including a woman, were wounded in airstrikes targeting the government complex and the market in Qafleh Adhar district. The airstrikes also hit Jabal Ihr and the historic Nawash Fort, targeting public facilities and historical landmarks.

In Saada Governorate, four civilians were killed by shelling on the main road in Razih district. Several border areas were subjected to intense Saudi missile and artillery shelling, including Al-Mazraq, Jabal Al-Nar, Al-Malahiz, Al-Manzalah, Al-Mughayalah, Ta’ashar, Shaqdam, Baram, and Jabal Al-Ahmar.

In Aden Governorate, airstrikes targeted the Khor Maksar electricity substation, killing a technician and a station guard and completely destroying the facility. This attack targeted one of the most vital service facilities for citizens’ daily lives.

2016: Targeting Water Sources and Escalating Bombing on the Front Lines

In 2016, the aggression continued targeting civilian and service facilities. Aircraft launched two airstrikes on Harf Sufyan district in Amran Governorate and targeted an artesian well in the same district with two airstrikes.

In Marib, the strategic Mount Helan in the Sirwah district was targeted by four airstrikes, while mercenaries continued shelling areas of Nihm in Sana’a Governorate with missiles and artillery, targeting the areas of Mabda’ah, Bani Abid, and Al-Madarij.

The aggression’s warplanes also dropped a sonic bomb on Al-Qanawis district in Al-Hudaydah Governorate, while artillery and missile shelling continued on various areas across Yemeni governorates.

2017: Airstrikes on Roads, Farms, and Civilian Property
June 10, 2017, witnessed a significant escalation in airstrikes across several governorates.

In Sa’dah Governorate, airstrikes targeted the areas of Al-Buqa’, Mandabah, Al Majda’, Al-Malahit, and the main road leading to the Maran area, coinciding with Saudi missile and artillery shelling of the Shada’ border district.

In Sana’a Governorate, warplanes launched nine airstrikes on the areas of Bani Bariq, Al-Hawl, and Al-Tabah Al-Sawda’ in the Nihm district, causing widespread damage to farms and homes.

The aggression also targeted the main road and the Al-Mashjah and Al-Rabia areas in the Sarwah district of Ma’rib with seven airstrikes, and launched airstrikes on a civilian’s vehicle in the Al-Wazi’iyah district of Taiz governorate, as well as on other areas in Al-Mukha.

2018: Targeting Civilians and Displaced Persons and Escalation on the Border

In 2018, a child was killed by gunfire from the aggression’s mercenaries in the Jabal Habashi district of Taiz governorate.

In Sa’dah governorate, two men, a woman, and a child were injured in airstrikes targeting the Shada border district, while the Razih and Munabbih districts were subjected to intense Saudi missile and artillery shelling that targeted villages and civilian homes.

A woman was also injured by artillery shelling from the mercenaries in the Al-Matun district of Al-Jawf governorate.

In one of the most egregious crimes, the aggression’s warplanes targeted displaced persons on the main road in the Al-Husayniyah area of ​​the Bayt al-Faqih district in Al-Hudaydah governorate, resulting in injuries to a number of civilians, including children.

Sana’a Governorate also witnessed airstrikes on the Nehm district, one of which targeted a citizen’s home in Al-Badrat village.

2019: Children in Al-Dhale’ and Al-Hudaydah in the Crosshairs of Aggression

On June 10, 2019, two children were killed and a third injured by artillery shelling that targeted the home of citizen Abdul Hamid Al-Tahami in Al-Jabjab village, Qa’tabah district, Al-Dhale’ Governorate.

In Al-Hudaydah Governorate, another child was killed by mercenary gunfire in the Al-Salakhana area of ​​Al-Hali district. Meanwhile, residential neighborhoods, Al-Hudaydah Airport, and the Kilo 16 and Al-Durayhimi areas were subjected to intense shelling by artillery and heavy and medium machine guns.

The aggression’s warships also targeted the public park at Al-Jamal roundabout, while warplanes continued their raids on Hajjah and Sa’dah governorates, targeting Haradh and Midi districts and the border district of Kataf.

2020: Cluster Bombs Continue to Claim Victims

In 2020, three civilians were killed in an airstrike that targeted a vehicle in the Al-Aqiq area of ​​Kataf district in Saada governorate.

A civilian was also seriously injured by a cluster bomb remnant from the aggression in Razih district, while border villages were subjected to continuous Saudi missile and artillery shelling.

In Sana’a governorate, a man, his wife, and two of their children were injured when cluster bombs struck the Al-Sabaha area of ​​Bani Matar district.

The aggression’s warplanes launched airstrikes on Al-Jawf and Ma’rib governorates, while Hodeidah governorate was subjected to intense shelling with more than 112 missiles and artillery shells, in addition to various types of gunfire.

2021: Martyrs and Wounded in Sa’dah and the Continued Aggression on Hodeidah

On June 10, 2021, a citizen was martyred and two others were wounded by Saudi artillery shelling that targeted the Al Sheikh area in the border district of Munabbih in Sa’dah Governorate. Another citizen was wounded in the Al Raqw area by the same shelling.

Two children were also injured by the explosion of a cluster bomb remnant of the aggression in the Al Farsh area of ​​Haradh district in Hajjah Governorate.

The aggression’s warplanes launched dozens of airstrikes on Sa’dah, Ma’rib, and Hajjah, while violations continued in Hodeidah Governorate through reconnaissance flights, artillery shelling, and the establishment of new fortifications.
