The U.S. Coalition has once again targeted the Syrian Armed Forces in southeastern countryside of the Homs Governorate, attacking a unit advancing towards the Al-Tanf Crossing.
“The Coalition destroyed additional pro-regime forces that advanced inside the well-established de-conflication zone in southern Syria on June 6,” a statement published by the Pentagon read today.
The Coalition allegedly sent several warnings to the progressing Syrian Army troops, but they refused to cease their push towards the Al-Tanf Crossing on the Iraqi-Syrian border.
Previously, the U.S. Coalition conducted a similar attack on May 18th that killed a number of Syrian military personnel that were advancing against the Free Syrian Army (FSA) units in southeast Homs.
The Syrian military command has not issued a response to the U.S.’ act of aggression.
