Yemeni President focuses on strengthening military doctrine of army personnel

On Saturday, president of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Monday stressed on the importance of enhancing and strengthening the military doctrine of the army personnel.

This came in the president’s speech he delivered during attending a conclusion ceremony of the Martyr President Saleh al-Sammad Workshop, which was organized by Defense Ministry for various military commanders.

“The bad education has made many of those who raised the slogans of the Republic fall into the aggression arms, making them fight their countrymen and under false slogans,” the president mentioned.

The president also underlined the major responsibilities of the Defense Ministry to restore the army’s self-confidence, to raise the morale of soldiers and ameliorate the level of performance.

Al-Mashat emphasized on the pioneering role of the national defense institution in defending the national sovereignty against all risks and challenges facing Yemen in the light of the brutal war led by Saudi Arabia and its allies on the country.

He called on all Yemeni people to back up the fronts and enhance the role of the army and popular committees’ fighters, stressing on the need to continue mobilizing for the fronts to deter the Saudi forces.

“We will not race for positions, but to make the current year a ballistic year as the martyred president promised,” the president stressed.

He confirmed that the project “A hand builds and another protects”, which was launched by the martyr president, will be embodied into reality by the Yemeni Army and Ansarullah.
