Ten Yemenis Freed From Captivity After Local Exchange Mediations

Head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdelqader al-Mortadha, announced on Monday the liberation of ten captives of the army and Popular Committees on several fronts.

Al-Mortadha explained in a tweet on his account on Twitter that “the exchanges took place through local understandings.”
