Saudi Diplomats Exchanged Letters with Israeli Businessmen to Participate in the Project of “Neom”

Several Israeli companies have begun intensive talks with the Saudi Public Investment Fund to participate in the New City project, announced by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman a few days ago, asserting that letters were sent between Saudi diplomats and men, Israeli business, on the ongoing negotiations for economic cooperation,according to JERUSALEM.

The newspaper said that the participation of Israeli companies will end the boycott of contracts, noting that due to the sensitive nature of the issue of normalization now with Israel, these companies can not talk openly and openly about the details of the deal.

“The Saudis do not want to add a formal nature to this kind of cooperation, but when the Israeli company is private investment, all kinds of cooperation will be possible in the fields of energy, water, agriculture and others,” the paper quoted an Israeli company source as saying, .

The newspaper added that a number of Israeli security companies are selling the Saudi government’s virtual security means for this project.

An Israeli businessman involved in the project said that if a diplomatic agreement was reached with the Palestinians, many of our companies could open their cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jordan in public. ”

These were when the Saudi Crown Prince announced the launch of a large investment project called Neom, which will be held on land from Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Egypt, with a total investment of $ 500 billion.

The project’s plans include a bridge crossing the Red Sea linking the new city with Egypt and the rest of Africa.
