Yemen NOGs protest in front of UN to denounce war on Western Coast

Non-governmental organization of Yemen on Thursday held a protest rally in front of the United Nations Office based in the capital Sanaa to denounce the escalation of the Saudi-led coalition on the Western Coast and Hodeidah port and airport.
The participants condemned the ongoing targeting of innocent civilians and demolishing the already-weak Yemeni infrastructure in light of an international silence.
The NOGs also called on the Security Council and the United Nations to bear their legal and humanitarian responsibility and put an end to the Saudi-led war, in addition to keeping the port of Hodeidah open for food, medicine, essential requirements and humanitarian assistance to the Yemeni people.
The protesters also called on the United Nations and the Security Council to properly play their roles as international organizations in the disbursement of salaries regularly in order to alleviate the suffering of Yemeni citizens.
