Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced on Friday that the Yemeni forces carried out a drone attack on the Saudi Aramco oil facility in Saudi Arabia.

The spokesman of the army, Saree, explained these retaliation attacks come in response to the military and economic escalation by the Saudi-Emirati coalition, and their seizure of oil tankers, preventing their entry to Yemen.

Brigadier General Saree explained the Aramco refinery in the capital of the Saudi enemy, Riyadh, was targeted with three drones of type ‘Samad 3’, while six others of Samad 1 type targeted Aramco facilities in the Jizan and Abha regions and other sensitive sites.

He affirmed that this operation comes as part of the legitimate response to the escalation of the Saudi-led aggression coalition through the unjust siege on the Yemeni people and preventing the entry of oil derivatives ships.
